DESCRIPTION: \nThe 2018 LCMS Florida-Georgia District Convention is scheduled for Friday\, June 22\, to Sunday\, June 24\, in Orlando\, Fla.\, at the Wyndham Orlando Resort (International Drive). \nConventions are held every three years by each of The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod’s 35 districts. The schedule includes time for conducting business\, electing officers and sharing information\, and the conventions also offer opportunities for worship\, nurture\, inspiration and fellowship. \nPastors\, teachers and other commissioned ministers\, and lay delegates elected by congregations are required to attend.
