DESCRIPTION:During the month of April\, we thank God for our volunteers\, who serve tirelessly in a variety of ways in our LCMS schools and congregations. \nThese roles are too numerous and varied to list them all\, but they might include elders\, council/board members\, altar guild members\, greeters\, ushers\, acolytes\, volunteer musicians\, Sunday school/vacation Bible school teachers\, property/landscape volunteers\, office volunteers and more. SUMMARY:Church Worker Appreciation – Director of Parish Music
DESCRIPTION:Our church workers dedicate themselves\, day in and day out\, to serving their church and school communities. That means it’s always the right time to show them our appreciation. \nTo help the church be intentional in showing that appreciation\, The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod (LCMS) has set aside the month of October and other special days throughout the year to highlight different kinds of church workers and their service.
