The 2019 National Disaster Response Conference — “Joy:fully Lutheran in Midst of Disaster” — will be held from 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 2, to 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 4, at Concordia Seminary in St. Louis.
