The Coaching People Through Conflict Practicum from Ambassadors of Reconciliation prepares leaders – pastors, elders, teachers, administrators and parents to guide people in their conflicts through one-on-one coaching. Almost everyone can benefit from this training, since all of us at times give advice to others on responding to conflict.
