“More Than Giving,”
a conference on stewardship, will be held from 1 p.m. Friday, Sept. 28, to noon on Saturday, Sept. 29, at Concordia University Chicago in River Forest, Ill.
The conference — hosted by the LCMS Office of National Mission and DOXOLOGY: The Lutheran Center for Spiritual Care and Counsel — is for pastors, church administrators, stewardship board members, church leaders and interested laity.
Led by LCMS Stewardship Ministry’s Rev. Heath Curtis and Rev. Dr. Nathan Meador, the conference will equip pastors and laity to think biblically and “Lutheranly” about financial stewardship in its broader context.
Registration is open through Sept. 13. Commuter registration is $75, which includes program, materials, breaks, supper and evening reception.
Register online by Sept. 13
