Lay Worker Appreciation

On March 6, we thank God for our lay workers, who serve tirelessly in a variety of ways in our LCMS schools and congregations.

These roles are too numerous and varied to list them all, but they might include church or school secretaries/administrative assistants, business managers/accountants/treasurers, school librarians, communication/publicity/marketing specialists, teacher aides, musicians, ministry area coordinators and others. All of these people are integral to the mission in the places they serve, and we give thanks to God for them.
